Several hash-tree fixes. Upgrade is recommended. Not upgrading can cause repeated updates.
Small protocol fix.
Changing guildads channel would cause inconsistency in the database. Fixed. A reloadui/relog would resolve it, no data corruption was taking place.

Delayed reading of tradeskills and faction information until after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD.
Will delete unknown items from the database when the unfiltered tradeskill window is shown.

Delayed joining of chatchannel until after PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD to help GuildAds always join a channel upon login.
