Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I remove the grey box that is showing over my capture timers?
Click the Panels button under the menu. At the top of the window, uncheck the option Lock the screen panel display?
2. The addon has moved my score frame, how do I move it back?
Click the Blizzard button under the menu. Under Score Frame, unchecking the option Lock the score frame in its current position? will allow you to move the score frame. If you do not want the addon handling the positioning of the frame at all, uncheck Enable movement of the score frame?. This will reload your interface to make certain the setting is applied correctly.
Click the Appearance & Position button under Tooltip in the menu. Scroll to Page 2. Under the Position heading is the option At what frame level should the tooltip be displayed?. Adjust this as desired.
4. I have auto release on death enabled, but I am not released to the graveyard when I die in a battleground. Is this an error?
Are you a Shaman or Warlock? If so, you will need to disable Do not automatically release if a Soulstone or Shaman Ressurect is available? To access this option, click the Actions button in the menu, and select Page 2.
5. Can you please explain the automatic quest completion functionality?
Automatic quest completion cannot be completely automatic. You will still need to talk to the npc every time you want to hand in the quest. However, you will not have to click anything else. This option is also available for any quest outside of the battlegrounds.
To add a quest to automatic completion, hold down the CTRL key and click the quest title while talking to the npc. Similarly, you can remove a quest by holding the ALT key and clicking the quest name.
The order in which quests are checked and completed is the order in which they are added. Take for example, the quest to summon the Ice or Forest Lords. Add the ten item quest first, then the single item quest. The addon will hand in the ten item quest until you have less than ten items, after which, it will hand in the single item quest.
Once you have added the quests as desired, close the npc chat frame and talk to the npc again and again, until the addon warns you no quests can be completed.
You can also add and remove quests by clicking the button shown while viewing a quest.
6.How do I create and remove assists for players within my raid?
You can create an assist frame by holding down CTRL and clicking on the player's name within Blizzard's Raid frame under Social. Similarly, you can remove an assist by holding down ALT. To move the assist frames, hold down CTRL and RIGHT CLICK the assist, not the target, to drag the frames.
7. I need to talk to an npc, but frames are skipped before I can. What should I do?
You can prevent any automatic actions by holding down the key set under What key should be used to skip automatic quest, gossip and queue actions?, before talking to the npc. This option is found by clicking the Quests and Gossip button in the menu.
8. These hints are annoying me, how do I disable them?
Click the General button in the menu. Uncheck the option Show tips in the chat window?

Installation Guide
- Exit "World of Warcraft" completely
- Download the mod you want to install
- Make a folder on your desktop called "My Mods"
- Save the .zip/.rar files to this folder.
- If, when you try to download the file, it automatically "opens" it... you need to RIGHT click on the link and "save as..." or "Save Target As".
- Extract the file - commonly known as 'unzipping'
Do this ONE FILE AT A TIME!
- Windows
- Windows XP has a built in ZIP extractor. Double click on the file to open it, inside should be the file or folders needed. Copy these outside to the "My Mods" folder.
- WinRAR: Right click the file, select "Extract Here"
- WinZip: You MUST make sure the option to "Use Folder Names" is CHECKED or it will just extract the files and not make the proper folders how the Authors designed
- Mac Users
- StuffitExpander: Double click the archive to extract it to a folder in the current directory.
- Verify your WoW Installation Path
That is where you are running WoW from and THAT is where you need to install your mods.
- Move to the Addon folder
- Open your World of Warcraft folder. (default is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\)
- Go into the "Interface" folder.
- Go into the "AddOns" folder.
- In a new window, open the "My Mods" folder.
- The "My Mods" folder should have the "Addonname" folder in it.
- Move the "Addonname" folder into the "AddOns" folder
- Start World of Warcraft
- Make sure AddOns are installed
- At the Character Select screen, look in lower left corner for the "addons" button.
- If button is there: make sure all the mods you installed are listed and make sure "load out of date addons" is checked.
- If the button is NOT there: means you did not install the addons properly. Look at the above screenshots. Try repeating the steps or getting someone who knows more about computers than you do to help.
Translations
When you download a mod, please be sure that the mod is compatible with your translation of wow. Some mods only work on the US versions, while some only work on some of the various European versions. These variations are called "Localizations".
TOC Numbers (Out of Date Mods)
When Blizzard patches WoW, they change the Interface number. This means that all mods will be "out of date" unless or until the author releases a new version for that interface. Some people go into the .toc files and update the numbers themselves, but this is STRONGLY advised against as it will cause problems locating possible incompatibilities addons. When you log into WoW after a patch, you DO NOT have to delete your interface directory. All you have to do is simply tell WoW to ignore the interface numbers and load all the mods anyway. All you have to do is, while at the "character select" screen, look in the lower left corner and click on the "addons" button. A window will pop up listing all your installed mods.
If you look in the upper left corner of that window there should be a box that says "Load Out of Date AddOns". You want to CHECK this box. Now simply go into WoW normally and all your mods should load. As of the 1.9 patch, you will have to do this after EVERY patch/update that Blizzard posts! If you encounter any problems with a mod after a patch, please be sure to let the author of the mod know so they can fix it.

Mac Support
WoW addons are not platformed based. As such, they can be used on either Mac or PC. You can extract both .zip and .rar files on a Mac using StuffitExpander.
